We strive do provide and create free educational materials and resources on a regular basis for you to download or view on our website or various social media platforms.

Our e-Newsletters will reach you via email on a regular basis with the latest in research, education, brain science and other topics in the area of mental health, relationship building and a variety of topics of your interest. Feel free to email us with any suggestions or interest you may have and would like to know more about it.

All our contents is delivered via email. We do not send any materials out via regular post or through shipping.

After you make a purchase, you will receive your order via email. If your card is declined you may not receive your purchase. If your card is valid, and you are still not able to receive your order, you should contact your bank and inquire if they are blocking international purchases. You may have to let them know that you are placing an international order. And please note, all prices are listed in CAN Dollars so you need to consider the currency exchange rate.

You can download our courses on Safari, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email asking you to click on download which will then initiate the download automatically. If your course consists of multiple sections (eg. Modules) you will receive one module at a time to give you plenty of opportunity to work on your material before your next section will arrive. You will be notified of your next section in time and asked to download the next part of your material.

Yes, of course once you have purchased the courses all the material is for you to keep as long as you want.
